The museum exhibition tells about the life in Latvia during three occupation periods in the last century - the first Soviet, German and second Soviet occupation. In the museum you can find:

• historical documents, photographs and items which are proof of the occupation policy in Latvia;
• personal items from prison camps and exile centers, which tell of the terror of occupying power against the inhabitants of Latvia;
• items of everyday life and culture of the exiled Latvians during the occupation;
• Proof of the resistance of the people against the foreign powers - Partisan fighting, activity of national resistance groups.
